I'm a Mentor
As a mentor to aspiring Sitecore MVPs, I offer a mix of strategic guidance, community experience, and practical leadership shaped by my role as Chief Experience Officer at Icreon and my time spent participating in the MVP community. I believe the path to becoming an MVP is about more than technical ability. It is about presence, contribution, and a genuine commitment to elevating the community as a whole. My goal is to help future MVPs understand that blend and grow with confidence.
I bring a perspective that is rooted in active participation and physical evangelism. Many professionals share online content, but the most meaningful growth often comes from showing up in person, engaging with people, and contributing energy to the community. I can offer guidance on how to get involved at events, how to participate in user groups, and how to immerse yourself in the conversations that shape Sitecore’s direction. Whether it is attending SUGCON, or taking part in industry conferences, I can help mentees learn how to turn attendance into influence and influence into recognized contribution.
I also bring clarity on how to translate experience into meaningful community value. I can help aspiring MVPs find their voice, define their expertise, and understand what types of involvement truly move the community forward. Mentorship is not about telling someone what to post. It is about helping them build the habits, relationships, and mindset that the MVP community respects.
What I ultimately offer is a steady and encouraging partner who understands both the expectations of the MVP program and the culture that surrounds it. My goal is to help mentees become not only stronger practitioners, but active contributors who strengthen the community through presence, connection, and genuine leadership.
