This blog post was written to help share 5 of the key takeaways from Sitecore Symposium 2025 that I had with the Sitecore community. It was especially intended for those who might not have had the opportunity to attend this year. This is an example of both being active as a leader in a Sitecore User Group, promoting the benefits of the MVP community and also sharing via social.

Each is needed for an organization but many organizations tend to hire one over the other and develop problems as their teams grow. This scorecard is intended to help with that process.
