Sitecore XP Upgrades - Challenges and lessons learned

At the Sitecore User Group meetup in London, I shared how the team overcame some of the technical challenges of upgrading to Sitecore 10.2 and moving to Sitecore Managed Cloud. I shared some lessons learned for future upgrades, and talked about how we are implementing a blue/green deployment strategy on Sitecore Managed Cloud.
