ZIP WATER - XC to OrderCloud - Business Case

Along with Dennis Lee and Vidya Rajaram, I coauthored the Strategy documents to put together a business case for ZIP to move away from XC to OrderCloud. It was a mammoth effort from us at Codehouse to convince Zip Water to move away from XC and spend 81k more on their license. The Sitecore rep (Daniel Chew) will attest to the amount of Strategy work we needed to do to demonstrate value and a 5 year TCO. Please feel free to reference check Daniel or the ZIP team.
