I had the opportunity to host a session at Sitecore Symposium 2025, where I presented on driving measurable impact through user testing in Sitecore, with a focus on A/B testing and personalisation. This session highlighted how combining user research with Sitecore’s testing capabilities can inform smarter decisions and optimise experiences. It was a valuable platform to share practical insight, real-world application, and the importance of experience-led thinking within digital strategy.

Hexagon Website Launch
Phase 1 of the new Hexagon website launched at Hexagon LIVE marked a major milestone in our digital transformation.
