Added Helping resource on Sitecore Docker Certificate for a new site

This file helps to create a new domain in Sitecore Docker Instance and adds environment varibles in.env file, creates and push certificates in docker file path and also adds domain entries in the local development environment host file.

Added Helping resource for Content Item report using Powershell

Added a Gist file which contains the PowerShell Script to generate a detailed report of content items in Sitecore, including their item page path, rendering name, rendering paths, datasources and its path. This file can be modified as per the user need.
